Reservation Fee
- To reserve your session date and time, a reservation fee equal to 50% of the total session price is required at the time of booking.
- This reservation fee is non-refundable up to $200, which covers costs such as studio rental, transportation, and other preparations.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session: You may receive a refund of 50% of the reservation fee (minus up to $200 for non-refundable expenses).
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session: The entire reservation fee is non-refundable.
- No-shows: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full reservation fee.
Rescheduling Terms
- You may reschedule your session once, provided it is more than 72 hours before your original appointment.
- Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original appointment date.
- If you cancel the rescheduled session, the reservation fee will be forfeited in full.
Additional Terms
- The reservation fee ensures your session date and time are held exclusively for you. As such, cancellations result in losses that cannot be easily recovered, including time allocated for your session and other associated expenses.
- By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
